Made to order

Every Viceway piece is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. You'll get an email the moment it leaves the facility.

Delivery estimates

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production (about 5–12 business days total)
  • Canada: 7–14 business days after production
  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days after production
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days after production

Estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart. Adding more items to one order is cheaper per item than placing separate orders.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Address changes

Production starts fast, so please double-check your address. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it; we can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Returns & Replacements

Our promise

If anything arrives wrong, we make it right.

Free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective (misprint, holes, faulty seams)
  • You receive the wrong item, size or colour compared to your order
  • Your order is lost in transit

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full — your choice. Nothing to ship back.

Sizing and change of mind

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong-size orders or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before ordering; if you're between sizes, size up.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or edited within 12 hours of placement. After that, production has begun.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days; banks can take 5–10 business days to post them.
