2. Products

All products are made to order. Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person, and print placement can vary slightly between items. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any amount charged.

4. Pricing and promotions

Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site are the property of Viceway and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viceway is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
